Volunteer at Charter
A high level of parent participation in school programs and activities is one of the assets that makes our school so distinctive. Our founding parents and teachers believed that being active participants in our children's education makes the school community stronger and ensures that students are well supported and will succeed academically, socially and emotionally. SYVCS promotes parent participation by providing opportunities for involvement and strongly encourages parents and guardians to contribute a minimum of 3 to 5 per month. |

Recording Hours
SYVCS recognizes parent participation as a positive factor in school engagement. As a way to recognize the hours it takes to support our school and to celebrate the time, energy, and expertise given by families, we ask that parents record their volunteer hours through ParentSquare and/or by completing the Volunteer Log below and returning it to the office:
